All of the cops I know try their best to keep me from making a total jackass of
myself, and usually succeed. In your case, however, it might be a hopeless

PS - When are you going to stop cross-posting? Are you afraid that someone
might miss your deathless prose if you neglect to splatter it all over the
landscape? Surely somebody must have told you shortly after you located the
"On/Off" switch to your 'puter that it's not considered polite to do that, and
that those who do it are considered about the same as what we scrape off our
shoes after we've stepped in some dog do. Nobody told you that? Well, now you
