Better be careful: some clever junk mailers are printing special coded
information (e.g. barcodes) on the business reply envelopes; even if you don't
include the form with your name pre-printed on it, they might still be able to
determine who it's from. Of course, that's not a big concern, unless you have a
habit of putting Anthrax into the envelopes or something. ;)
