X-Admin: news@aol.com From: roseb44170l@aol.comnospam (Rose) Newsgroups: alt.consumers.experiences Date: 16 Nov 2003 00:56:57 GMT Organization: AOL http://www.aol.com Subject: a check from Prudential lawsuit Message-ID: <20031115195657.03493.00000335@mb-m29.aol.com> Now this happened a few years ago but I was reminded about it when I was reading the posts here. Out of the blue I got a regular snail mail about how there was a class action suit against Prudential. Not thinking much about it I signed the forms (my father had taken a policy on his children and this was more than a few years ago!). It took about 9 months but I got a check for $400plus. Nice to have a good experience every once in a while. Rose http://members.aol.com/Roseb44170/home.html "How did I ever get talked into this?"
