That's a surprise. Most properly configured e-mail programs (read:
anything Non Microsoft) will completely ignore those. Someone from
another NG sent me one as a test - I saw their e-mail and ever replied
- he never saw the html 'bug' reporting I read the e-mail.
Now that you know they use a Microsoft e-mail program.... hmmm...

File a paypal dispute. Within 30 days of the charge. Otherwise, you're
SOL.
