yeah i'm also working on an USB project, since parralel and serial port will
be gone from the pc in a few years....
i found this site:
the FT245BM chip is an USB to paralel convertor.
the only problem i have is.... where the h*** can i buy it.
many stuff is available there, drivers, schematics...
and beside that the chip should be only 8 dollar/euro
