You're referring to the XXXP phenolic boards, and you're right; they are
perfect for punching. There is a "cold punch" version of XXXP as well that
does not need to be heated. Both of them are very "kind" to the punching
tools (unlike FR-4 that causes very rapid wear on tooling due to its
