We saw it working ok on their bench about 2hrs ago. :(
Although I have to say that they did replace what they
called 'the stator' before they fired it up.
When I've had my sarnies and an injection of caffeine
we are going to re-install it and try agin.
The pump itself is no more than a large corkscrew,
forged from about 1/2" solid bar, with roughly 5
'threads' on it. The stator is the outer moulded
rubber jacket that the corkscrew runs inside.
