Whilst on the subject of Maxwell, are you aware that the four famous
equations describing electro-magnetic radiation, which have for many years
appeared in all the World's physics books and invariably attributed to
Maxwell, are in fact due entirely to Oliver Heaviside.
The many people who show how learned they are by quoting 'Maxwell's
Equations' have obviously never seen the work of Maxwell let alone
Heaviside was robbed - as he was of the credit for other of his great
