IMHO it's not an issue so much of finding the components, but of a
system redesign to avoid the need for 120VAC anywhere. Telco equipment,
for example, runs almost exclusively from batteries at -48V. As a result
there is a truly extensive amount of commodity hardware that'll use a 48V
Fire alarm and halon dump systems also extensively use DC power busses.
12V and 24V seem to be common. This may be more appropriate for your
products (in fact I'm surprised that you haven't already identified that
as a model to emulate, so maybe I'm missing something fundamental.)
