Hi, Display experts.
I am looking for anything that could =
desribe how=20
LCD displays, those suitable for XGA, SXGA etc. resolutions, are =
constructed=20
from a control point of view. One might say, instead, "what are the =
basic=20
configurations?". Some of them (I'm talking about the modules =
themselves) have=20
one "bank" while others have 2 "banks". Some are controlled via ttl =
level=20
signals to the row and column drivers and some by RSDS (reduced swing=20
differential signaling).
I have read the specs at National Semi =
concerning=20
their LCD timing controllers. They describe how to control only one type =
of LCD=20
module (they are not univeral controllers).
I would sincerely like to be able to =
sort these=20
issues out.
