It's schizophrenia. Every once in a while there is someone who posts
something like this. The typical content of these posts is that the
persona is being persecuted by sam macabre secret organization. The
pseudoscientific weapons used are mind probing rays, beams, lasers,
infra sound, ultra sound etc. These tortured souls cannot be convinced
that they are suffering from mental illness.
