really first I would double check if that meter is really accurate. Take it
to different locations and have it measure the mains voltage there. Better
go to Shack and see if your meter indication is corresponding to their gear.
Maybe it has the same quality as your microwave indicator. :-(
If that is the case throw it as well and buy a decent meter before you start
the next thread here.
To measure the voltage to earth it is not sufficient to just check between
neutral and earth on an outlet, but to have a "real" earth potential like
the waterpiping or central heating as a reference. Neutral and
protection-gnd might be just bridged in the distribution box.
BTW: why do you think they are behind you? Is there anything special with
you? You do not seem to have an extraordinary knowledge nor money or
anything that differs from the average citizen.
I gave you also the advice to hide your suspicions if you want to live in
peace, why do you have to manifest continuously?
