You might have a point there. Though to be politically correct, as Mr.Ban is
repeatedly saying, I will let the system figure it out. I am not going to
keep quiet while these guys experiment with me, though. Expose every one of
them to the full light of the day.
To answer some oblique questions by other posters :
The description 'white' was just to show that there don't seem to be any
'non-white' people in some professions. Perhaps bringing a (falsely)
targeted group into leadership of critical functions such as police,
utilities, food is important in troubled times such as these. Not to
disparage any particular individual. And I do not know any culture where
'white' represents the devil. If people join in devilish things, then they
should be aware of what they are doing, though. It is a 'conscious'
activity; not un-conscious accidental happening.
What is 5 % of 120 Volts ?
So, 120 (+-) 5% would allow for 114-126 at most.
What I am seeing, 140 is way beyond even that.
I have no reason to suspect the meter. The same one has read correct 110-120
V before and I have used it quite a bit without problems. And it reads RMS
(Mr.Harry). This tester technology is stable like cars (time-tested over
tens of years) and is somewhat like the neon-testers - unlikely to be bad.
As far as steps are concerned, there is no doubt that all the people
concerned - including police, government, etc. - would be aware of the issue
by now from these postings. If they are 'capable' of doing the right thing,
they would do it without prompting. < These are troubled times, when
companies are going bankrupt. >
