The one I have is like new, it 's collecting dust and that's about
it. I bought when I was attending NAIT awhile back.
It's a good scope, I get the impreession you don't like them, or
their to expensive?
Personally speaking If i had the resources or money I would of bought
another Hitachi scope 100MHZ because I like fine trace and simple
set-up. So I settled for a Tek 1002, which is not far off in price,
but I still like Analog scopes any day of the week over Digital.
Hand down!! These digital scopes look and feel like toys, more than
something used for engineering. If you needed repair(unlikely) a
Tektronix Sales Rep would probably put down his cigar, and
start laughing with a smirk on his face, if you ever mentioned it
over the phone.
There is no higher rank than "King" and Tektronix is the lord of the
castle in this day and age when your talking about test equipment.
I'm not bragging, but their customer service is pretty good, and
makes the product stand out.
My two cents...........Neil
