You could try the mail, http://www.usps.com, but the site is down right
now. Surface mail would probably be the cheapest if you can wait for
a month or two. Fedex will ensure it arrives in one piece, however, for
mail it has to be packed quite well.

20kg range is messy, for higher weights there are cheaper ways (per kg)
such as air freight, but there are a lot of little charges that add up on
top of the low base rate.
