The .dat extension I see seems to have been added by OE. It adds the .dat
extension, shows the icon for a PSPICE .dat file, and then refuses to run
it (or even let you save it) because it might contain a virus (presumably
because of the registry .dat file type) as the default behavior. Creates a
problem then bashes you over the head with it! Thank you Mr. Gates.
