Looks like you might have got it backwards. I am trying to find explanations
to 'unusual' phenomena.
If real people are doing such things, they need to be exposed fully. 'Nazi'
experimentation never really went away with the Nazis. It just became
institutionalized with lots and lots of people fully compromised by their
roles in it. Those people are stuck with it now and are unable to speak for
fear of losing their jobs and careers, etc. Too bad. New 'non-expermenting'
structures are needed.
