MKULTRA, experiments on feeding Pu to hospital patients without their
permission, biowar exercise in NY using micro-organisms that could have
caused infection in some people, deliberately witholding treatment from some
patients to see how a disease progressed etc.
These are US examples that I can recall immediately.
I suspect they are far from comprehensive.
