Last night I found a source of what I think are pulsed microwaves (very
strong buzz) coming out of the far corner of the kitchen under the cabinets.
All appliances were turned off. This is certainly one of the sources of the
buzzing sounds in my house at night. I went outside to check and found the
same sound near the corner of the neighboring garage. Even while I was
walking around (at night) the sound was turned off twice. This was not a
normal fridge type of sound. It was a very strong buzz that appears to come
from within the walls.
Also, walking around in the neighborhood, I found what appears to be a pool
pump making a fairly loud buzz in the entire area. There seems to be no
reason why it should stay on at 6 am. And even if it is on, why so strong a
buzzing sound affecting the whole area ?
Another one was a very large Ford truck with a very large set of tires that
had an engine that was making a deep thunderous buzz that passed by and
activated the burglar alarm on a parked car (just by driving past it !).
[ For people who do not experience such problems - living in a sparse area,
for example - such issues may be of no concern; for dense cities and towns
it is a major environmental and health concern that needs more attention
than it is getting at the moment. I heard that NY city is acting to cut down
