Anything you can see at 10uS/div is not fast...
Restate your requirements in terms of
pulse rep rate.
Allowable pulse abberations at various distances (time) from the rise.
I designed the pulse outputs in the TEK PG-506 Scope Calibrator,
so I know a little about the subject.
