ST micros don't seem to be very popular here in Aus although
I use them and know others that use them.
I've not had the problem you have but have had the situation
several times where I have had to programme an EPROM part
twice (without erasing) to get the programme in. This was
with ST62E65 "C" versions.
Perhaps there is something slightly amiss with the programming
timing that ST use that puts it on the edge occassionally. May
be worth while talking to your ST rep but you'd probably get
more real assistance talking to ST direct.
