What you see on the scope is one constant frequency, and **one** of the
math representations of an AM wave also has just a constant frequency
Make an amplitude modulated wave. Now clip the modulation off and look
at the timings of the zero-crossings. Do you see any variations? Is
amplitude modulation invariably accompanied by frequency modulation?
Where is the frequency modulation term in **any** of the math
representations of the AM wave?
