=====================================
If everything is in the same colour and intensity after a time the output
data, in which you are really interested, gets lost in a mass of stuff which
you have already learned by heart. Output data must stand out.
Colours help to group together related matters.
Colors convey information without the recipient being aware of it. They help
explain in general terms how the program works.
Input data at the top. Output data in the middle. Instructions at the
bottom. In three different background colours which then requires different
text colours.
Borders are a waste of a valuable commodity - screen space.
If I put simple black text on a white background somebody would suggest
simple white text on a black background because his screen phosphor would
last longer.
Glad you like my program and thanks very much for your opinions.
Have another one !
