Yes, looks OK. But why are you using external ROM at all? The XAG49 has
64k bytes of easily programmed (serial port) internal Flash. Get hold of
the free Raisonance compiler, and you can have programs up to 32k of
that. And you get to use all your IO ports.
I can imagine wanting to use more than the internal 2K of RAM, but
that's another matter, as you don't have to program it.
