Sales can be exciting if you have the ability and are willing to work real
hard and don't mind being told "NO" several thousand times a day.
Tech support will probably drive you crazy.
Have you ever noticed you rarely get a good one?
If he or she is good and still there they don't know enough yet to be
helpful with real problems.
By the time they are good enough they are so bored with telling people that
plugging it in is the first step that they move on to something challenging.
