That argument won't stand in this case as countries such as China, Germany
and France are already moving towards Linux and Open Source despite
political pressure from the U.S. not to. Short of threatening with war, I
doubt that any of them can be pursuaded not to embrace Open Source. From an
economic standpoint alone it's too sweet a deal for them to ignore.
