I didn't mean to make a unit without sensor; just if is possible without
outside sensor. I was think about some kind of acceleration sensor or
I need to develop a test unit for different types of vehicle. It will be
used in test purpose to measure how many times we go over speed limit inside
some protected areas. For instance, inside a school area where speed limit
is below 40 km/h. Idea was to made speed logger, which can be connected to
PC after a one or two hour. Counter will add value just in case if you drive
over speed limit for at list 10 seconds. If you go over 40 km/h unit will
start beep signal to warning you.
