By the way, when the receiver is receiving an ON signal, the pulse
width is about 1.3 ms and 1.1 ms when it is oFF. Both signal repeat at
a period of about 30 ms. Can the circuit you describe decode these two
width and provide with a high level or low level signal once the ON or
OFF signal is decoded.
