|After spending some several years on SED as a non participant, I have read
|many a post about the amount of spam one can receive (and lord only knows I
|get my share - 30 a Day) and requests on how to deal with it.
|I finally snapped the other day, I received an email that had an animated
|GIF of an unnatural act occurring between a women and a horse. I am aware
|that many on this news group do not find profanity just, but Fuck IT - when
|I start receiving emails that contain bestiality I have had enough.
|I had previously looked into *GOOD* spam filters, but they are not available
|to the general public (must be an ISP or a good size company $$$).
I've been using Spamnix, a plug-in for Eudora, for about a month now.
It cost $29.95, but I am *extremely* pleased with its performance.
It's working so well that I'm about to set it for complete deletion
rather than leaving spam in the Trash.
