The summary of it all:
Keep good records of everything you conceive of on your own.
Don't use any code that is not your own personal work.
Don't solicit the previous employer's customers... let them seek you
out. (And call them as witnesses when you get to court.)
Pray for a good lawyer *and* a absolutely fair judge.
TekNow (at one time a 30-person operation) is now bankrupt and Aaron
has all their customers... and he's a one-man-band just like Dad ;-)
