My favorite airport stunt (performed about 20 years ago):
Split the cardboard back of a quadrille pad and insert lead foil cut
out in the shape of a pistol.
Glue it back together and toss into your boss' briefcase.
Took security *hours* at Phoenix airport to figure out why they could
see a gun on the X-ray but not find it in the bag.
Several engineers at Motorola GED (Scottsdale) got serious reprimands
in their personnel records ;-)
