gary - Olimex provide two DRC parameter files on their web site to sort out
your board - one for 8mil and one for 10mil boards - see their requirements
pages. You might also get better help on Eagle related issues from the
Cadsoft newsgroups on new.cadsoft.de, specifically the group
eagle.support.eng (they also have german speaking groups).
As the others have said - they really are very helpful and their quality is
excellent (at any price).
