Last night things changed again.
At 2:00am :
The loud roar from the airport is back.
Also, there was a loud high-pitched tone coming from somewhere not too far
(could be the pool of the neighboring complex to the South of here from
where I have reported loud directed sound before. They have now built a
metal structure of vertical T shaped bars there in the same 30 degree
direction of our community. I see lone under-cover type security vehicles
parked over there all the time. I think the corner house there is owned by
security types. I believe several houses in the neighborhood are owned by
secret guys or their adult kids and families.).
Also, the jolts from below are still there. The water heater jolting
mechanism might have been repeated only a couple of times after my initial
post - once during the day and once around 2 am.
Then, there was the mind-control 'telemetry' that could be clearly heard at
2 am. I was too drowsy to go check it out. The rest of the night was
sleepless. How could you sleep with this stuff going on.
The weird contraption is back in its earlier location on the black metal
skeletal frame, pointing straight along the direction that I sleep in. It is
oddly sitting away from the walls at an angle with 'camouflaging' cover and
red 'straps' that seem to go to the side wall.
To answer the query on microwave/XRay detectors, I think it calls for
something that can cover the range and intermittent nature of the activity
and detect and 'measure' low power levels too. I do not have access to
something like that at the moment.
