(Bear in mind I'm only a newcomer here)
Well, I read your words. I read just about everyones (some, I even look
forward to their turning up!) . Can't even think of anyone remotely tedious
enough to put in one of those killfile things. Yes, yours can appear
"abrasive" but have technical stuff mixed in so are worth making the effort.
I think in this case though, everyones reached their 'LED fatigue' limit.
Surely there's only so much one can do with the damned things. As someone
mentioned a couple of weeks ago perhaps have a seperate area for LED
discussion and answers (maybe even sci.electronics.LEDs). There's one thread
on "Luxeon star LEDs" that seems to have been running on for almost an
BTW you're not alone. I sometimes wonder if I've inadvertantly got on a lot
of kill lists (I'm naturally well balanced and sweet natured so it couldn't
be an abrasion thing, maybe boring?).
I'll make a long, didactic rant about something close to my heart, expecting
to be instantly slapped down, lo and behold, nothing!. I may be typing into
that great bit bucket in the sky. I'll never know.
If I have the mark of the Leper I'd love to be able to check out some kind
of 'Leper counter' so as to know when to pack the game in.
