That is IMO the context - so the claim is about the pattern and not an
overall performance match.
Marketing hype that has been translated from Japanese or other
foreign language is full of traps like this. One is wise to extract the very
*least* some claim could mean rather than the most likely meaning and never
the most it could mean.
