I've called them on several occasions to report intermittent
problems with their own page links to their own pages. Works,
then doesn't work. File downloads which transmit slowly, then
just up and quit. Then work just fine on a different day. All
happening the same on many other machines at my site and also
when I'm having absolutely no problems accessing other site
