You are right, they are not many IC design house in HK. The establishment of
IC Design/Development Support Centre will attract overseas company to come
to HK and will create job opportunities for engineers. However, those
companies worry about the lack of talents of IC design in HK and HKSTP is
talking to the major HK universities for training more students related to
