I've been playing around with PV solar cells and I've used a few to
power a pocket transistor radio. But every time someone walks by, the
sunlight is blocked, and I lose a second or so of music. I would
suggest that if you are going to maintain an unbroken talk on your
phone, you really should use the solar cells to charge a battery and run
the phone off the battery.
