Rip off UK, sells as standard, crappy 2 hole binders. 3" spacing rings
guaranteed to lever themselves apart when folder is getting full. The rest
of Europe makes do with the quality 4 ring varieties.
(ps, I preferred to use the old 'foolscap' size)
