As ever, Troll Speed has misread things. I said that
the person who attempted murder by putting a snake in a
mailbox was ALSO CHARGED with the Federal Crime of putting
something other than mail in a mailbox. [ I do not know if
it stuck or was dropped, which I suspect.] Yes, it was the
PLEASE don't feed the troll.
