Scarcely necessary - Arizona web-sites are so demented and parochial that no
Australian could be bothered to access them.
The decision of the Victorian court can be understood in the basis of
putting a lot of money into the hands of the Australian lawyers who would
handle the case - why would a lawyer resident in Melbourne Australia want to
see Joe Gutnick spending his (probably ill-gotten) gains on lawyers who live
in New Jersey?
I must say that from what I remember about what the Australian press has
said about Joe Gutnick, his decision to go to court in Victoria has to be a
tactical error - the worst that a Victorian jury is likely to do to Dow
Jones is to convict them of plagarism.
