No, not fair enough at all. The carbooster fits that description,
is 2 channel stereo, each channel made of 2 amplifiers in bridge

That is not an answer to the question. The only alternative I could
think of, is a DC/DC converter with isolated input/output. Not a very
elegant solution, IMO worse than an output transformer.
The best solution, of course, is to throw everything into the
rubbish bin, and go fishing (you can reply on this by asking for
the price of fish).
