I always have loved the irony of this, NZ is forever patting itself on
the back for it's "nuclear-free" stance. Yet there is good old Lord
Rutherford having played a major role in the early work on
radioactivity and the development of the Cavendish Lab, in particular
being the first person to transmute one element into another.
I didn't realise his ashes were buried in Westminster Abbey between
Sir Isaac Newton and Lord Kelvin. I wonder what they talk about??
