I think it is pointless to do any do-it-yourself measurement more
complicated than a glass with a bit of warm water and a fever thermometer
inside (old glass version, not digital)... If the water heats at the same
time your feet or skin does, then it is radiation or a high power RF field,
allright, and time to call the FCC.
Besides, why don't you just go to a local health care center/provider or
private doctor and get a written attest about the severity/degree and
possible cause of your burns???
That'd be proof enough to get the FCC to actually do something. After
getting the attest you _really should_ contact the FCC and ask them to come
with their measurement van & gear and to check your place. There's no other
way to proceed - the police needs official proof (measurement results) from
the FCC, not from untrusthworthy DIY measurements.

This actually sounds very much like syndromes of tertiary==final stage of
syphilis. A bacterial infection, not a mental disorder... I mean, skin
lesions and red patches ("burns"), feeling of heat ("cooking"), pain in
interior organs (kidneys, liver?), a growing feeling of being haunted
("vermins" and "they"), and gradual loss of eyesight. Which you all
described in your posts here... Many people in the US have it. And it could
still be treated with prescription antibiotics or penicillin, you know. So
at the same time you let a doctor evaluate your skin burns, ask for syphilis
examination. And rather make it sooner than (much too) late.
