Think I sorted the resistors, I put 4Mhz back in, and the 10k resistor is
somewhere below in a dialog between PCS Electrnoics and Spehro Pefhany.
Now what I think is wrong is the MAX233 pins, I've confused myself on what
to do between the MAX233 and the PIC.
