Perhaps you should get your priorities straight. Do you need a 3MHz
10.1 high voltage transformer, or do you need a low loss 10.1 high
By stipulating the operating frequency, you may find the voltage range
for low-loss transmission is severely restricted. Such a device would
likely have to be tuned and be limited to a range of matching
Why the stress on low quiescent loss? You should expect quiescent loss
to equal roughly 10% of the full rating in an 80% efficient
transmitter. If this is critical, you may not end up being satisfied
with any solution other than intermittent or keyed operation, anyways.
Somewhere in here, cost and physical practicality of construction will
enter the equation. Best to stick it in now.
