I don't have to believe every penny goes to a 'good cause'.When enough
people decide paying taxes is not good,then they don't.Remember the Boston
Tea Party? Some people obey laws because they have been taught that way,not
because of any deterrent effect.Some people are robots in that respect,I've
met some of them.Some religious people are like that.

There's little correlation between speed limits and safety. Most are
Criminals still commit crimes,regardless of the law,or any punishment they
might receive.People who decide to commit crimes pay no attention to laws
or any punishment.
