Hi all,
I have a switching regulator ( a national semiconductor part from memory)
that I am using to get a 5v output from a 12v gel cell to run the logic on
my mobile robot. The problem is that the regulator seems to be generating
quite a bit of RF noise. I have since read that this is a common problem
with switching regulators.
This is not effecting the opertation of the robots electronics, but is
causing a lot of white noise on the TV in the next room.
For the sake of maintaining domestic relations I need to find a way to
"quiten" the regulator before the Missus kills me ;-)
Any suggestions will be much appreciated,
James Fitzsimons
