I'm disappointed to hear that. They are a legit company, and I would
think that they are the kind that will take your name off their database
if you ask them to. It also leads me to believe that they may have got
your name from a legit source such as another educational institution.
I wouldn't think they are the kind that spams. But then I really can't
be sure. One thing is for certain: if they are breaking the state laws
then they would be a good company to prosecute.
