Demolition derbies have restrictive rules. You can't even use an
old lincoln in most, and they are always a sure winner if you do.
Rear collisions were all that was allowed, and bolstering isn't.
The car has to be all but stock, except for the gas tank.
They'd probably not offer much in the way of engineering assistance,
actually. There are usually just drunk mechanics.
